AirShare ("we", "our", or "us") provides a wireless file sharing service. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

Files: Our app facilitates the transfer of files between devices. We do not store, upload, or collect the content of your files on any external servers. Transfers occur directly between devices via Wi-Fi Direct.

Device Information: We may access your device name to make it visible to other devices during the discovery process.

2. Permissions Used

• Location & Nearby Devices: Required by the Android system to perform Wi-Fi Direct discovery. We do not track your physical location.
• Storage/Media Access: Used exclusively to read the files you choose to send and write the files you receive.
• Wi-Fi State: Used to establish a peer-to-peer connection.

3. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use personal data (such as advertising IDs) to personalize ads and analyze traffic. You can view their privacy policy here: Google Privacy & Terms.

4. Data Security

Since transfers are peer-to-peer (P2P), your data does not pass through our servers, providing a high level of privacy during the transfer process.
