Palmistry AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is an AI-powered palm reading application developed by Sarvesh. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use our app. By using Palmistry AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
a) Palm Images
When you use the app's core feature, you take or upload a photo of your palm. This image is temporarily transmitted to our secure backend server solely to generate your AI palm reading. We do not store your palm images permanently on our servers after the reading is generated. Images are not shared with any third party for identification or biometric purposes.
b) Usage & Analytics Data
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymised usage statistics such as which screens are viewed and how often the app is opened. This data does not identify you personally and is used only to improve the app.
c) Language Preference
Your chosen language (English or Hindi) is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. It never leaves your device.
d) Purchase Information
If you purchase the Premium unlock (₹9), the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your payment card details, bank information, or any financial data. We only receive a purchase confirmation token from Google Play to grant you premium access.
e) Advertising Data
The app uses Unity Ads to show rewarded video advertisements. Unity Ads may collect your device's advertising ID (GAID) and general device information to serve relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of ad personalisation in your device's Settings → Google → Ads.

These permissions are used only for the palm-reading feature. You can deny camera permission and still use the gallery option, or vice versa.
Palm images sent to our server are deleted immediately after the reading response is generated — they are not stored in any database. Language preference is kept on your device until you uninstall the app. Firebase Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's default policy.
Palmistry AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Palm images are transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). We follow industry standard security practices to protect data during transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
